A totally gorgeous new material, created by Marc Jacobs for the fall 2006 runway collection - Monogram Miroir. Wait lists for this line began in July, and many people who reserved bags months ago will not be able to purchase them.
The Alma GM is the rarest piece, only larger cities received this item, and even then it was limited to one or two pieces. Chances are you will never run into another person carrying this bag.

The Alma shape is a Louis Vuitton icon, and a classic in any material. The monogram pattern is slightly 3-dimensional and the bag is much more structured than the classic monogram version.
The GM measures approximately 18" x 13" x 8", and has a double zip-around closure.
There are 4 feet on the bottom of the bag to protect the mirror finish. In person, the silver miroir finish sparkles and is sure to attract attention.
Also, quite practical, as there is no vachetta leather to worry about getting wet or turning colour over time. The bag is made of PVC with a special metallic mirror finish, silver tone hardware and a grey fabric lining with one patch pocket and a cell phone pocket inside
